How do I redeem my Wien Energie vouchers?

You received a Wien Energie voucher as a gift and would like to have it credited against your next payment? It’s as simple as that:

1. Go to www.energiegutschein.at
2. Enter Wien Energie contract account and customer numbers
3. Enter voucher number
4. Done!

If you have already a user ID for OnlineServices, simply log in, select the contract account and enter the voucher number. Done! The voucher redeemed will be credited against your next invoice on the due date – regardless whether this is the annual invoice or an instalment.
